AmeriSpec Home Inspection of Tampa bay is reaching the half way point of 2011.   It has been a positive 5 months. We have had a great group of clients.

A new group of Snowbirds are getting into the condo market and some even in the housing market.
Most are close to retirement and other are ready to get out of the COLD! I have called a "changing of the guard" We have the folks who have been snowbirds for the last 15-20 years.. now the new group. The media has called them "baby boomers" :)  I welcome all of them to the area!

As like most of our clients; air conditioning high on the list of concerns, since here we are in "Cool" mode some times for 10 months a year. Our inspection of the HVAC consist of getting the approximate age of the system, ensure the system is cooling and heating as design and all supplies are active. Also what to be budgeting for HVAC systems typically have a life of 12-15 years. We also show out clients where the filter(s) change, how it functions... to include how the condensation lines are set up.

When we leave a inspection we want to ensure we have went above and beyond our clients expectations. If not then we have not done what we are out to do as a business.
