The Stuff we find on our inspections
Todays home inspection of a bank owned property.. had main power off. The main panel looked like a "handyman" panel. Wires here wires there! However once we turn on the main power. We noted a wire inside sparking... After 5 minutes one of the main 110 at the service was smoking.. See video!
